The only thing I can suggest which might be a big task with something this large is too apply clear gel nail polish in a very thin layer to the underside that makes contact with your skin. I’ve done this with success with my own costume pieces and it has held up remarkably well. Apart from that, just try to avoid contact with moisture as much as possible. I will get this in the mail to you today, I hope you enjoy! :)
