@vokim0255 Hi. Thank you for contacting me! I'm not exactly certain which measurements you are referring to. The measurements were taken laying flat, so a 22-inch would be a size 44 chest circumference. The sleeves that I didn't include are 25" from the shoulder seam to the wrists.
