Printed Pepper character graphic. May have been touched-up but not sure could be from rubbing but there seem to be marks on the face from what I see Raised patent leather appliqué eyes & mouth, and bag. Crystal beaded embellishments on hair. All still intact. Zip-top close. Fully lined in black sateen fabric with one slip pocket. Silver hardware. Patent leather hang-tag & strap with trigger clip.
