Stunning vintage 1920’s cut steel toe shoe clips/buckles. These are made in France. The removable clips come in a box as shown in picture. They have two extra back clips. They are marked Victory Patd 12-23-19 5-10-21. The clips slide up and down on the bar so you can play a little with the placement on your shoe. These are in excellent condition and no stones missing.
