Floral Long Sleeve Wrap Dress

Beautiful floral romper. Features long sleeves and a tie waist that can be tied in the front or back. Runs a little small for a large. I am 5'9" 190lbs and I can get it on and zip it fine but I cannot move my arms. It's so so cute.
