Not authentic. Do not buy. I bought it from another posher and it turned black while wearing it briefly. Sharing to use as an educational tool. For what not to buy. The top rows are of the necklace and pendant before wearing it, the last row of pictures is of the necklace after I wore it and it turned completely black and it was because it was completely copper. As seen by the photos. Not for sale. Purchased from another seller on here —->>EmilyTilly4343 The entire necklace and pendant turned black after wearing it a few short hours. Once the black was wiped away the necklace and pendant were orange/ copper. Versace doesn’t sell cheap stuff like this. If something like this has happened to you, just know that you can report it to poshmark because it’s truly against the law. You have up to two years to report it to poshmark as well so don’t think just because the order is complete that you’re out of your money and left with a cheap replica. kerrimbrowning @missythedon thank goodness you didn’t buy this necklace. I would’ve felt horrible if this happened to you or for that matter anyone!! I was devastated when I discovered it turned black while on my neck. Poshmark was informed of this seller regarding this incident. Emily begged me to not bring it to Poshmark’s attention because she had already been suspended from the platform twice for selling fakes.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon you know the seller. I honestly thought she was unknowingly sold a fake and resold it to me not knowing any different but she manufactured this piece and she refused to refund my purchase or even apologize for what she 100% did with the worst intentions.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon but honestly, I’m only happy that it happened to me before I sold it anyone. I would have felt horrible if it would’ve happened to anyone else. That’s the only good that happened out of this situation was it happened to me instead of my buyers.

missythedon @kerrimbrowning I completely understand! I had that happen once with a beautiful bag I got from the “luxury bag bingo” people 🙄 and it was in great shape but then I started doing more research because it was a more rare, vintage piece and then all the red flags started popping up and I was just so glad that I hadn’t listed it. I would have felt so bad!

missythedon @kerrimbrowning the Ukrainian. I had gotten some really good deals on authentic pieces from them but after that I don’t trust my item to actually be authentic anymore.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon I’ve bought from both of those sellers in the past so that’s why I ask. I’ve gotten way pickier after a couple bad purchases. This was the first fake thing I’ve gotten off of posh that I know about but I’ve gotten some pretty cruddy things on here.

missythedon @kerrimbrowning yeah, when I first started and was just shopping I didn’t know as much and very quickly learned once I started selling because I would just feel awful. I have gotten a few fake LV wallets and small leather goods that I had purchased to sell but now they are just my personal collection lol if they are cute I don’t mind it for me but if I’m selling it I have to know it’s real or I just can’t.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon exactly! Once it happens you won’t allow yourself to buy from that seller again. With Emily she refused to refund my money, she only would offer me a credit for her closet. Like girl, do you not see that you’ve lost my business by doing a fraudulent sale and to further add insult to injury she was nasty as hell to me. It was too much for me.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon I get it. I have a couple fakes that I bought on another platform obviously not knowing they were fakes. I’ll use them for myself but I see it as a total loss in regards to reselling them to anyone else. If the necklace and charm wouldn’t have turned black on me I probably would’ve still wore it because it was cute. But you can see what happened after a few hours of wearing it. This is the aftermath once I wiped the black off with a clean dry cloth. It’s all copper

kerrimbrowning @missythedon I bought a few bags from the Ukrainian sellers. I did suspect that a fake would slip through pretty easily because they’re sellers not authenticators and they buy in huge bulk. It happens when you get careless. I stopped buying from them last year after a bad purchase too. It only takes one bad purchase to lose someone’s business all together.

kerrimbrowning @missythedon I’m very selective about what I buy and try to ask as many questions as possible but I’m sure you recall when I bought this item on her show. I wasn’t very familiar with Versace jewelry at that time but I have definitely educated myself on it since. It was definitely a learning experience for me.
