patricia_pugh I am genuinely joyful to hear that!! Meant every word. You never know when a lil spark of positivity will turn someone's bad day or bad moment in a better direction. A Posh customer wrote something in a love note the other day that turned my whole mood around. It's the little things sometimes, I believe. And this really does take some serious skill and talent.
