Purple Evening Dutchess Dress with pink roses pinned on it. Flowers are removable. Some of the flowers are a little smooshed from storage. Has straps that can be attached. Stock photo shows that you can add a tulle skirt underneath to make it fuller. There is polyester boning in the breast seams and pickups in the skirt. Some seam impressions that should steam out.
