hello. how is the strap where it goes over shoulder? is it comfortable?

@allucas53 Hi! it seemed comfortable for me! It's a little thicker material, so I think that helped. I didn't have an issue at all. My dog was 5lbs, so there wasn't too much weight on it. You can see in the pics that the front has a nice thicker part for your chest and I really liked that part!
