Revelry Poppy tule in light blue. purchased second hand and it did not fit me. not altered size 10 petite (I am 5’5” and could wear 3” heels with it). condition as pictures. some pulls in the tule but they aren’t notable. retails for $200 plus. freshly dry cleaned!
