They have some slight fading and there are some ever so slightly lighter "spots," which in my experience is pretty normal for wear in black canvas Kamm pants-I've found they even out through wash. I had my blinds wide open to take these photos. In my opinion the fading is not that apparent in person/when wearing. These have the original hem. They have been lightly worn and have been really gently taken care of. Never dried in the dryer. Only gentle wash with organic detergent and hang dried.
