My daughter has either worn the shoes a handful of times or none at all. All brand new shoes are notated in the description. If they are used, I will do my best to clean them up prior to shipping. The items from my closet come from a smoke free, clean home. For clothing items used items are washed prior to shipping. Shoes are stored in individual plastic bins.
