According to their website, the only difference that makes it petite is in the length of maxi dress. Online it says 45.75” (my own measurement was closer to 47”). Most reviews say it runs large - I’m a S/M and 5’6 and this fit me like a glove! PTP 16” Measurement under the bust 15” But also smocking on the back! And from under the bust it just gorgeously flows! Size tag has been cut out, but material tag is still intact *I had breast cancer with reconstruction surgery - so my chest doesn’t lay naturally in the bust area - probably the only reason I’m not keeping this is because I don’t like to show my implants too much
