Vintage wood horse belt buckle

Fantastic vintage belt buckle. I’m guessing this is 60s / 70s. Hand painted horse head on wood. Signature appears to be “hk”. Domed shape. Lacquered finish. Left side of buckle has slight chipping in the lacquer, barely noticeable. Buckle attachment on back says “pat pend p/n-3”. Approximate measurements 3.4” wide x 2.8” tall. About 5/8” thick. Would accommodate a belt about 1” wide or less. From a non-smoking, pet-friendly home.
