findsbyjo @zoeandshell to my knowledge it is NWOT and has not been washed and dried. upon inspection I found it to be in wonderful condition with no visible or noted flaws but please see all photos!

zoeandshell Any whiskering? I prefer the fact that it has no perfumes or detergent smells. Many sellers spray something on their garments and I can't wear them.
