NWT Trish Scully Spring Dress 10

This dress is so beautiful! It has puff sleeves that have elastic to accommodate girls of different heights. The color is a beautiful turquoise with purplish pink roses and leaves. And under there is two layers of soft tulle, a harder layer of tulle for fullness and a soft cotton lining. NWT, I bought this for my niece and she grew too quickly to wear it!
