Designed by now closed AnarchTee studio with skirt made by American Apparel. Black jersey knit miniskirt with white barbed wire pattern. Drawstring waist, rolled hem and 100% cotton. Tag says Girl's Large, the measurements are 13" long from waist to hem and 18" across the waist, more like a Women's Medium if you'd like a micro mini. Like new!
