buckscobuys @shaybonds18 sellers can’t issue refunds. That’s done by Poshmark. If the package has been shipped, you need to contact Poshmark support to get your refund. We’re not able to issue a refund on our own, they always handle that at that level. Sorry for the inconvenience. Happy to give you a discount on something else.

buckscobuys @shaybonds18 this all needs to be handled through Poshmark. We listed the shoes. You’re welcome to buy them. The return needs to go through Poshmark as well. Please follow the instructions that Poshmark provides to you on the return. Otherwise, we can’t do anything to help you. We are forbidden from doing anything outside of the app, and we’ve been on this platform for over five years. We follow the rules, even when we make mistakes.

buckscobuys @shaybonds18 I’m not sure why you wouldn’t just return them through the means everyone else had to work with. You’re not being asked to do anything outside of exactly what every other person in the same position is asked to do. If you won’t do it, we can’t help you. It’s forbade by policy. I’m sorry for the mistake, but the only option made available to shoppers in these cars it to use poshmarks approved process to return the shoes
