Silver, Shiny Dress with Velvet Waistband

Short Dress made with fabric that is amazing! It is liver and grey, but the different textures in it mean some parts shine like foil! The photos may have a pink hue, but there isn't any pink at all in this dress. It is completely sliver/grey/white except for the black velvet waistband - zipper in back - strapless, but has loops on the front for attaching a halter-style strap, if wanted - fully lined - has 2 small crinoline layers under the skirt - pit-to-pit across the front is 20" - length of skirt from bottom of waistbank to hem is 18" - waistband is 29" - like new
