Please review all photos carefully! She's personalized on the front flap with 2 hearts and 1 initial. She's got a scratch on her backside. Her leather lining is loose, so it looks bunched up in the photo. I believe she was stored improperly, her bottom is uneven, but will look fine when your items are inside. She's a beautiful bag, even with her small blemishes. She wasn't used much, she just wasn't taken care of the way she should've been. She came to me with no hang tag, so I purchased one for her. Her hardware is in excellent condition.
