dms1955d @handbagmaven81 Hi. The pit to pit is in the description, but I will double check it. The waist is a smocked waist that is worn higher up. Please see the photos. And it's stretchy, but I will measure relaxed and fully extended as best I can. Will be back shortly. I just lowered the price from $94 and this is the final price. Thanks for your interest. Diane

dms1955d @handbagmaven81 Hello again.The pit to pit is approx. 22-1/2". But there is excess, if that's the word, material in the bust area. In other words, it is looser there with light folds that would allow a little more room if needed. Please see the photos. So I can't pull the material straight across to measure.......

dms1955d @handbagmaven81......The smocked elastic waist laying flat and relaxed is approx. 19" side to side. When laying flat & fully extended, it is approx. 22-1/2" side to side. And it is worn above the waist, at midriff - see photos.
