Banana Republic International Exclusive short sleeve maxi dress in size L. White, tan, and blackish (back and white threads) stripes. Longer short sleeves. V neck. Lined to the side slits. Slit on each side. 70% cotton and 30% linen and 100% cotton lining. Keyhole and button back neck. Material is light and flowy. Never worn. (As I mentioned in the comments, a seamstress made the side slits less high.)
