This is a Joan Rivers Rouched Velvet Blazer in Brown. It is in Excellent Condition, though it is gently worn. I think I maybe wore it once. It is a beautiful piece. It is extremely versatile and can just as easily be worn with jeans as it can be worn with a dress and heels. It is simply lovely and very forgiving because of the rouching.
