Spring summer dress neutral tones casual cinch waist pockets v-neck

Spring/summer casual dress. Has functional drawstring at waist to cinch. Has two pockets. Soft v-neck. Top has base layer of white with a flowy layer on top (almost gives it a skirt + flowy top appeal vs dress). Flowy layer is cream coloured with.. maybe a fox pattern? Kind of abstract. Skirt portion is kind of a khaki-green grey. Back of skirt is a tad longer than front. See photos. Tags have been removed. Size small • see photos for measurements! Good preloved condition - a few minor surface snags on skirt portion, and one small area of the top layer’s bottom hem has lost its stitching and has begun to unravel.
