@amandaings27 hi! It’s a medium weight stretch ribbed fabric, so while it’s not rough per say, I don’t know if I’d classify it as ultra soft. It has more of a cottony feel than ribbed align or wunder train from lulu, if you’re familiar with those fabrics. Sorry for the long winded reply!!
