These pretty plates are in very good vintage condition. One fish plate has a spot where the color and glaze did not cover. It looks like a crack but it is not. The grouse (standing bird) has a few rough spots in the glaze painted area. The duck has a couple of small paint misses and the last fish has a couple of tiny rough marks. All this being said they are in very good condition with no wear to the gold accents…no chips…no cracks. They are unbranded so I am leaning to the idea they may have been factory seconds from years ago. I am being very picky….they are pretty and display nicely.
