Pre-owned, it's in good condition. Size S but can fit medium & large size. It fits me well, and I'm a large. It's oversized on me at 5'2" & 160lbs. It's very cute. The wrist has buttons, so it can be worn loose or cinched at the wrist. Front 28.5" Back 26.5-27" wide, the back has a string on both ends, see pic.
