Reversible Quilted Patchwork Jacket

Beautiful patchwork jacket in blue/black and white prints on one side and pink/white/khaki and blue prints on the other. No buttons or zipper-meant to be left open. Very unique. No size tag so please see photos with measuring tape. No fabric tag but I wash it on delicate in cold water then hang to dry, although you might be okay to put it on low heat in dryer-at your discretion🙂
