I used this at the end of menopause for about 5 months. Works great! I would set it for 10:30pm at 55 degrees and when I got into bed at 11, it was nice and cold. Included are the manuals, the key to drain it, and cleaning packets. I cleaned it prior to packing it up. Use distilled water.
