This curling iron was only used once, and comes with the box. It is in like-new condition. It didn’t come with an instruction manual, but is pretty intuitive to use. I didn’t use it until after the return window had closed, and when I did use it, I discovered that it was not a good fit for my fragile, breakage-prone hair.
