Girls Vintage 1990s Cream Tiered Lace Cottagecore Dress

90s does the Victorian era with this baby! Super lovely. In good gently used condition. A few very minor subtle flaws. Not really noticable on overall, and haven’t tried to spot clean. See last two zoomed in photos. No size tag but fits like a girls size 6 in my opinion. See measurements in photos. The bust is an elastic cinch band, which is 10.5” across unstretched, but stretches comfortably to 13.5” max.
