Vintage sterling silver large heart pendant necklace on a sterling silver rolo chain. Open metal work design. Open cage heart charm. Can add small stones or letters to the inside of the pendant. Chain is marked Italy .925. No markings on heart charm. Both pieces tested positive for sterling silver. Pre-owned, with normal vintage wear consistent with age such as light surface scratches, not noticeable and patina. May require polishing if buyer chooses. Please refer to photos.
