New, never used. I probably bought this around 2016. I used the All Soft line for years and loved it, but my hair changed and I had to avoid using oils and sulfates after I got this. Info on back: multi-care oil that nourishes and protects dry/brittle hair. Omega-6 enriched argan oil provides concentrated softness, deep conditioning & lasting suppleness. The amount inside the bottle may look like it's not full, but that’s the official amount. I had two of these and the level was exactly the same. I also checked online (before I realized I had two) and the photo on Macy’s website for this version has the same amount. I’m pretty sure I bought this (and the other one, separately) at Bed Bath & Beyond. If not there, then at an equally reputable national retail chain. It’s definitely not from a discount store, an Amazon third party seller, an outlet, etc.
