New condition. Never used. Green/tan outside and inside. Plenty of interior pockets for all your “stuff”. Measures 10” wide x 11” tall x 5” deep. Handles have a drop of 6” and the shoulder strap can be adjusted from about 23”-26”. You could add more holes if you want it shorter.
