Brand new with tags, zero flaws. This is Pink City Prints' Jasmine Dress in Lemon Tulip color and print. It is V Neck, shoulder tied straps that are adjustable, midi length, and has a built in slip. It is bright and sunny and perfect for Spring and Summer events, like Easter, outdoor weddings, and Mother's Day. Size XS but my mannequin is XS and I do believe it would actually fit a Small and even a Medium a lot better. The fabric itself is cotton and does not stretch but the waist is high and elastic and has a lot of stretch and armpit to armpit is too wide for XS. Definitely recommend it for S/M.
