Lollipop neon chain charm for bag, pants, etc. new in package!

This was advertised for pants or bag chain, I use mine on my larger bags for decor and added pizazz to my bags! I’ve learned instead of constantly trying to buy more bags instead to dress mine up and be creative! It saves money! This is a beautiful addition to a bag or pair of pants! Pink and neon rainbow colors. I believe this is resin materials, but not 100% sure.
