adrienner318 @bthx97 it is not soft like the invigorating tops. It is more compressive. There is sport for bra pads if you want to use them and a shelf bra insider with a band. I would say it fits like a true 6 though. I wear 6/8 in lululemon bra tops depending on if it goes down over the ribs at all. So for energy bras I wear a 6 but energy longline and invigorate tops I prefer and 8 personally.
