Vtg cloisonne dove bell ornament w/ box

This exquisite cloisonne bell with dove design and flowers would make a unique wedding gift or a beautiful anniversary piece. Original box and information card included. Molded copper base with hand decorated cloisonné details. Silver plated. Approx. 2.75" tall and 2.5" in diameter at base Created by NYCO International. Very nice vintage condition. Enamel in bottom of inside shows a couple of gaps, but they look to be original to the piece (see photos). They do not appear to be chips.
