Y2K vintage Dooney & Bourke black Scottie bag with dog bone hang tag

Pre-loved Dooney & Bourke black Scottie’s handbag purse with the cutest black dog bone hang tag . U can undo and move to other side if u want Early 2000 Y2K vintage Outside has random fading and or discoloration & sl dirt which may be resolved with the proper cleaner n moisturizer?? But not sure Fringes curling up and 1 tiny part missing or cut? I believe this is a coated canvas or mayb a coated vinyl ??
