Windsor White Floral Print Midi Dress, Size S

Windsor floral print midi dress in size small with ruched sides that start at waist and go all the way down. The left strap has loose threading. I didn't notice it when I wore it. It is a manufacture flaw, but it is an easy fix. Other than that, it is in great shape. Only wore it once.
