70s Vintage Pansy Mini Dress w Flutter Hem

This is a gorgeous 70s vintage mini dress with flutter hem. It is white and covered in green and purple pansy flowers. The dress is sleeveless with a high neckline that ties in the front with a bow. The bodice is fitted and the dress has a drop waist with a flutter hem. Mini length. The dress zips at the back of the neck. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note.
