Petallush Floral Shirring Ruffle Short Sleeve Round Neck Shirt

Description: This Petallush top was my favorite top in 2024! Feminine smocked bodice with slightly puffy sleeves. Small covered button at back neck. Lightweight fabric was comfortable on hot summer days but still great under cardigans and jean jackets when cooler. Important: The only reason I'm selling is due to cuffs being now too tight around my upper arms (due to working out).
