Are this wide calf? How big is top opening and lower circumferences?

@familymanu Hi there, these weren’t listed as wide calf when I bought them at Nordstrom. I just measured them: 14” at the top calf, and 10” at the ankle. There is also a little wiggle room at the top because of a hidden panel that has a bit of stretch for added comfort.
