💛 Charlotte Russe top

Floral v neck long blouse with polka dots on the trim and around the waist with a belted look. Would be super cute by itself or I used to wear it with a white cami tank top underneath. The sleeves are puffed. There is some pilling from the years of wearing- see pics for details
