Rogers Art Nouveau gold gilt silver plated Trinket Box #813 883 floral Spelter Rose Jewelry Casket This is a gold gilt silver plated Art Nouveau Jewelry casket box with a rose and leaf design. On the bottom is written :N. B. ROGERS S.P. CO along with the item model number:813 883 Rogers Silver Plate Company active in Brooklyn, NY, from 1870 was known as manufacturer of jewelry boxes. This large box is 4.25" height, 6 inches length and 4 1/2 inches width. It is a vintage item in good condition ..the inside material [original 110 years old silk] has come undone on the bottom with the top being in good condition.
