This pretty black skirt has a full length gold zipper on the left side and a 12” ruffled attached to the top of the zipper. Fabric is 92% polyester and 8” elastane giving it plenty of stretch. Skirt is in new-like condition and has just been dry cleaned. Measurements are length 21” and waistband is 30”. Pet and smoke free home.
