This is a fun pair of crushed velvet midnight blue pants by Paige Denim! They are a straight leg cut however there is a small vertical slit on both outer ankles that give a nice bootcut effect. These are described as being ankle-length some places but I am 5'4 and the hems come to the bottom of my shoes on me!
