So bold and beautiful, this maxi features a velvet fabrication and high-neckline with a bold open-back. Button closer on back of neck. Im a size large/12 and this dress fits just right. It’s not tight in the arms it’s kinda loose and flowy which I like. The neck is not too tight either, fits just right with the elastic loops that attach the buttons. The fabric is gorgeous!! And has a lining on the body not the arms.
