Vintage NEW Neiman Marcus stamp roll holder This still has the original plastic wrap. There appears to be something on the outside of the plastic but it has not been removed. Selling as is - which looks pretty perfect! It is fairly heavy and you can hear something rattling inside which is supposed to be the holder for the stamp roll.
