lyfeisbeautiful @powder0312 pit to pit is 17in laying flat .. it does have stretch and material is polyester and elastane with stretch to it.. in excellent condition with no flaws- never worn

powder0312 @lyfeisbeautiful Thanks for your assistance. I hope it’s not too much of a bother, but could you stretch the jacket to see if it will stretch to 21 inches and what percentage of elastane? I should not have any more questions after I receive this information.😀

lyfeisbeautiful @powder0312 yes, it does stretch but to 21in makes it a tight fit. I am a 40C if that gives you an idea of fit. Polyester 93% Elastane 7% .. Hope that helps 😊
